I am a passionate Commercial hotelier with over 12 years experience gained within top leading global hotel operators including Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Intercontinental Hotel Groups (IHG), Shaza Hotels (Subsidiary venture of Kempinski Hotels) and Hyatt Hotels Corporation in several locations across Lebanon, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman and Qatar. I am passionate and driven to go the extra mile. I am always keen to deliver innovative commercial and strategies to drive the maximization of revenue in the hotel. With our fast pace business world, I am inspired to combine traditional hospitality with the exciting world of technology. With the understanding of business within the GCC and Middle East, I am able to leverage off interactions through my strong negotiation and communication skills, helping me speak our guests' language, understanding their business needs and assist them in having successful outcomes.
