After my retirment In January 1999 from the WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANISATION (WIPO), a UN organisation in Geneva/Switzerland.. I offered in Lebanon during five years and free of charge my assistance in the field of patents and trademarks. I advised the Industrial Property Office at the Ministry of Economy, assisted in the creation of the new Inventors Association in Lebanon and advised at no cost many industrialist. inventors, lawyers and tradematk owners. The Lebanese Pharmaceutical Industry needed also my advise. My latest post at WIPO was "Director of the Industrial Property Information" and "Director Advisor". My professional experience included the Adisory Engineer at Bechtel Incororated, a leading US engineering company and as Patent Examiner at the European Patent Office in the HAGUE/Netherlands. My duties at WIPO covered in particular the assistance to the Developing Countries in the implementation of their Patent and Trademark laws .further I was the acting secretary of WIPO Permanent Committee on the International Cooperation for the industrial proprty information.
